2. Booking and Orders

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or our contact form).

  • A deposit may be required to secure your date and services.

  • Final guest counts, menu selections, and event details must be provided within the timeline specified by Feastra.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be shared during booking.

  • Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • The balance must be paid by the due date on your invoice.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and event costs already incurred.

  • Feastra reserves the right to retain deposits and charge for expenses already committed.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

  • Feastra will accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when informed in advance.

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that all dishes are free from allergens. Clients must notify us of all dietary needs before the event.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access, and any required permits.

  • The client is also responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event.

7. Liability

  • Feastra is not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue restrictions, supply shortages).

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the catering service.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, menus, text, and images are the property of Feastra and may not be copied, used, or distributed without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
